Last year, when we produced and finished Production, the buyer did not have the money to pay the balance Payment due to personal reasons, and he did not want this goods, and he wanted us to refund him. Since this batch of goods are customized brand LOGO buyers, we cannot sell others and cannot refund.As for the issue of CE mentioned by the buyer, our packaging boxes have CE printed on them.The buyer did not request us to print CE mark on device. all of order based on double confirmation.For the shipping issue ,they buyer request us that we ship the goods to their airport ,and the buyer do customs clearance by themself.it is not our seller issue,Thank You.
