This order is an OEM customized order. When placing the order, the buyer only asked us to print the product LOGO on the product and provide customized boxes and instructions. The buyer said that they did not have a designer, and we also provided the service of designing packaging and sending documents to the buyer for confirmation. Last year, when we produced and finished Production, the buyer did not have the money to pay the balance Payment due to personal reasons, and he did not want this goods, and he wanted us to refund him. Since this batch of goods are customized brand LOGO buyers, we cannot sell others and cannot refund.As for the issue of CE mentioned by the buyer, our packaging boxes have CE printed on them.The buyer did not request us to print CE mark on device. all of order based on double confirmation.For the shipping issue ,they buyer request us that we ship the goods to their airport ,and the buyer do customs clearance by themself.it is not our seller issue,Thank You.

It is absolutely unsafe. Alibaba com took a stance in favor of the seller. I suffered a huge loss. My goods were confiscated by customs. It was determined that the poor quality product was harmful to human health. Anyone who wants to throw their money away can buy it.
